Training and development considered one of the core pillars of Bawabat Alhekmah, aimed at equipping individuals and institutions with the knowledge and skills needed to enhance governance, social responsibility, and environmental practices (ESG).

Bawabat Alhekmah aspires to create a positive impact on the performance of Saudi companies and institutions by offering innovative training programs tailored to the needs of both local and regional markets.

Empowering human capital in both public and private sectors to become leaders in the implementation of governance and sustainability practices.

Fostering a culture of governance, social responsibility, and environmental awareness within organizations to strengthen transparency and accountability.

Designing customized training programs that address the specific needs of institutions across various sizes and sectors.

Certification

Each participant will receive an attendance certificate after the completion of each part of the program’s 4 parts. Participants can also take an optional online assessment to become a Certified Directors. To pursue the certification, the attendee has to attend all four parts of the program and must pass the online assessment with an average of 80%.

The successful candidate will receive a certification of completion of the “Professional Directorship Certificate” from the Institute. Certified Directors are thereafter promoted to serve on various types of boards.
